Terms of Use

kiša.com shows a rain radar, a weather forecast and related data. The site is free and intended for general information.

The radar, forecast, rain arrival time, UV index, pollen and air quality come from third-party services and are based on models. They can be delayed, inaccurate or occasionally unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of the data.

Do not use the site as your only source for decisions that affect the safety of people or property, for example during storms, floods or travel in bad conditions. In those situations follow the official warnings of your national weather service and local authorities.

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any damage caused by relying on the data shown, interruptions in the service or alerts that did not arrive on time.

• You may use the site freely for personal purposes and share links to its pages.
• Automated downloading of large amounts of content, overloading the servers and attempts to disrupt the site are prohibited.
• Copying the content of the site and publishing it as your own without written permission is prohibited.

The design, texts and code of the site belong to the site owner. Data and maps come from the services listed on the About page and are subject to their terms and licences.

Alerts are an extra aid and are sent when the system estimates that rain is on its way. They depend on your browser, device and internet connection, so we cannot guarantee that every alert will arrive. You can turn them off at any time.

The site may contain links to third-party pages. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it.

We may change these terms, and changes take effect when they are published on this page.
